A superb catering facility at Gravesend provides opportunities to develop a wide range of professional skills in food preparation and service, as well as to gain the business skills necessary to progress into Hotel and Catering management.

In 2007, 41% of the College’s Hotel and Catering students were in work and 46% in full-time higher level study within three months of completing their courses.
